Damaged or Missing Items

Important:

An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any claim regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Photos and videos of the product.

  • A clear unboxing video.

Bulk and Customized Orders

Bulk gifting and personalized orders may require additional production and shipping time. Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated during order confirmation.
